The name of the salon and your details: Enter the name of your salon and your contact details. This will make it easy for clients to contact you, and once they have booked an appointment they will receive a confirmation email with all the information they need.

Your logo: If you have one, send us your logo in *.png format on a transparent background. It will look great on the website and in emails to clients!

Opening hours: Specify when your salon is open. This will ensure that appointments can only be booked during those hours.

Your services: List the services you offer and we will add them to the app. Customers will be able to choose what they are interested in, and you are assured of no overlapping appointments.
We will enter these services into the application. Each client/customer will be able to easily select one of your services. The time you enter for such a service will automatically be booked in your calendar. No one else at that time will be able to make a booking for the same time. You do not have to worry about overlapping appointments, and each client browsing the booking system will choose the best time for themselves. Every time someone writes to you with an enquiry, you can send a link to the free bookings tab, or when someone calls, you will be able to tell, without hesitation, by looking at your phone, what dates you still have available.

Time to clean up? You decide whether to add cleaning time after each service. Let us know how you want it to look in your salon.
Some of our clients have asked for this option to be included. Some salons include the time to clean up the work area before accepting the next client after the service, but some want to add this time separately. For example, at one podiatrist salon, the service time varies from 20 minutes to an hour, but the time to clean the station and disinfect is a minimum of half an hour. This salon told itself to set service times and to add the time for tidying up the station to each service.

Upfront fees: Specify how much of the service price is to be paid in advance. You can also set a fixed amount. And don't worry, we don't charge you anything for handling the payment!

Account number: If you will be taking advances, please provide an account number for transfers.

Only the commission for Stripe, the company that handles the payments, will be deducted (Depending on the country, this fee is less than 2% of the value of the deposit).

Languages: If you have clients from different countries, we can also prepare the website in another language.

Photos: Submit photos of your salon, yourself at work and services performed.
